2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 3 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been more than 3 days since your purchase.

3. How To Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with our product, services, or have any other reason to request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at 940-229-9091 with your invoice number (sent to your email upon order completion) and we will process your refund.

4. Processing your refund

Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

5. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 940-229-0180

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where items or services have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
